Tough one...but I think I'm going with The Predator & The Crate Monster. The Predator has his invisibility shield and some serious weaponry. He could probably jump on the big monsters backs and spear them through the brain or hit them with a point blank shot from his gun. If all else fails he hits his self destruct and takes everyone with him.
