Assuming they all have to be in the "real world" to fight in a Celebrity Deathmatch (and since Candyman wouldn't even show up unless someone called his name) I think I have to go with Victor Frankenstein & Herbert West. I think the good doctors would create their own army of monsters that would wipe out the Deadites and since Freddy and Candyman wouldn't be immortal in the real world, they'd end up dead too.
