Just had a "meeting with the Bobs" so to speak about a beer called Saison du BUFF(Brewers United for Freedom of Flavor) that we're are getting at my bar. A semi collaberation between Dogfish Head, Victory, and Stone breweries in which the same beer using the same recipe and ingredients will be brewed at each others brewery. Subtle changes in the process should produce 3 different types.
Were getting kegs of all three beers and having a representative from Dogfish and Victory at the bar for a nite to explain the different processes each one used and what differences if any to expect. Excited for what should be good beers and a fun event. Wonder if they're hiring.....
