Resident Evil 4. I've played through that game a couple times on the Gamecube, and once on the Wii... and when it came available for download on the xBox360 marketplace, I couldn't resist picking it up and playing through it once again. Easily my favourite out of the series -- the chainsaw ganado is just pure badassery.
