Oh! Okay--okay. I did not get a picture of it, was rushing around. But I assure you it looked just like a meatloaf, because that's what it was! You could see the chicken chunks and the slices of natural pork sausage nestled within the ground beef. After cooking it was brushed several times with apple juice for moisture and sweetness, and sprinkled with ground black truffle.
I took it to a party and it disappeared amongst many other dishes, but I mentioned it to some people and they thought the idea was funny. Turns out it was sliced up and distributed to many serving plates with turkey, stuffing and other things. So people at it without knowing exactly what it was!
I found the pan later, about 70% of the loaf was gone. Seriously, I don't think it tasted as good as the turkey or the ham that was present, but people ate it somehow! So that's cool.
