To be honest...my first thought was "The Wizard of Gore". But then I thought...hmmmm...there wasn't a midget in that.....and I know I've seen the movie in question. So to jog my beer-filled brain, I googled "horror movie midgets" and knew that once I saw the name of the movie....I had it.
