Goodness I still haven't seen Deranged, The Vanishing, The Mutilator or Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things so need to catch up with those.
On the subject of Trick Or Treat-my sister had the original VHS and it had some trailers on it including one for Dream Demon which I think starred Timothy Spall-has anyone seen it?-the original VHS has long been out of print.
I'll back up The Bird With The Crystal Plumage and Sleepaway Camp-should have included those on my list.
