Is it irritating when old member whine about the past and how they are powerless to 'save' the forum? Yes. But you have had the same tired axe to grind since you 'left' the forum for feeling like you weren't welcome.
As someone who was not here for the 'good old days' I also want to make it clear that I have never felt unwelcome here or made to feel like I wasn't a part of the community. Some new members get stick when they first arrive, you probably got a little more than most because of your constant 'top' threads, but I really think its about time you got over it.

And as usual you are not listening. It was NEVER about me. Remember Rainbow Eyes? One of the more interesting and enthusiastic people to come around, but, unfortunately, rather thin-skinned. So all those little jibes and snide remarks we all have to endure (unless you decide to post VERY quietly or be a shameless bootlicker) finally drove her away. It was a horrible thing to watch happen.
I have never given a crap how people talk to me, but I can't stand to watch other people get hurt.
