I agree. Tenebrarum was the only one I really thought had a presence. She was just so evil and cruel. So if we're basing it merely on the character she would be my favourite.
I really think the story surrounding Mater Suspiriorum was the coolest though. She's not all that interesting if you just watch Suspiria, but after finishing the trilogy you find out why she was so weak, and it makes the ending of Suspiria so much more awesome.
