I just wanted to find out who lives in certain states where stunguns are supposedly legal. Not to obtain one or anything.
I was just wondering if anyone's actually been hit by one?...I don't mean a cattle prod or something, I mean something actually specifically intended for self defense.
If so, do you know what voltage, and can you describe the effects?
Would you consider them reliable?
