I myself suffer from (yes, suffer from) unusual amounts of breast tissue, or whatever the hell it's called. My puppies are too big for comfort anyway and I am currently trying to have them, government-paid for, made smaller.

My mother had that done...while I can't bring myself to openly endorse breast reduction, I can say I sympathise and understand the reasons...from over attention, to sore backs, to people not treating you like you're more than a walking pair, to increased risk of breast cancer due to more fat cells...if it'll make you more comfortable, then I say go for it.
