Nah it's actually not. That flick is lame by the numbers "Torture Porn" bullshit and is easily one of the worst of that media dubbed subgenre IMO.
Nothing everyone hasn't seen done better about a million times. Perhaps if it was released 10 years earlier it might have caused a stir but it wasn't and it just stands out as a dull straight out of the "let's flog an idea to death" cookie cutter.
