Getting back on topic, I discriminate against people who are greatly overweight. I assume that if you are, say, 500lbs, then you likely aren't trying to get better, and if you aren't trying to lose weight then it's your loss. I will not go out of my way to be helpful, and I will scoff behind their backs. If you're riding through Wal-mart in a scooter because of your weight, I refuse to like you. People who are a bit over weight are fine, sometimes that's just genes, or a few bad choices when it comes to diet, or they have a good diet but a sedentary job. Generally these people are healthy enough individuals.
If I were an employer I wouldn't hire people who are in that first category. Chances are, they wouldn't be applying anyway, but instead collecting unemployment and disability cheques. People in the second category would only be hired if they had a super personality and good work ethic, which most of them suffer from inflated self-confidence in order to deal with their issues so no big deal there. Pretty girls would be hired even if they were only of moderate intelligence, and all other employees wouldn't fuss because they'd be sharing in the hug tip pool.
