Joy of Torture 2: Oxen Split Torturing for awhile. Had a copy but it got scratched so I wasn't able to watch it. Teruo Ishii has some twisted shit in his flicks so your bound to find a lot of shit you're after in them.
The Devil's Experiment is worth a watch for the eyeball scene.
