I use hulu every now and then and I've never really been unhappy with it.
Here are some ways to get hulu outside of the US. I haven't tried them obviously but they look ok.
@missmacabre, you can't get by mega video's limit in offline mode, at least I never could. If you have firefox, there is a plugin called
illimitux it works most of the time depending on which build of the plugin you are using.
