I like how they use the word reimagine rather than remake these days, its so much more insidious....
I'd like to be a little less cynical about this than I actually feel. Comparisions between Quatermass and Jason Bourne worry me though. I don't want to see Quatermass 'reimagined' 15 years younger, with chiseled features chasing bad guys over rooftops. Then you consider Seven Golden Vampires and Kronos, which for me are hammer classics, and realise that a remaking those is going to be no easy feat and will take care and precision. I guess I will try to keep an open mind about this, just don't want to see corners cut and style win over substance like so many other remakes...Sorry, I ment to say reimaginings.
