I saw this in the 60's, I was about 8 years old...AND YES - IT MESSED ME UP FOR YEARS ALSO!!

I have been looking for the title since about 2 years ago.

It had a head on a box and the arms were controlled by the head. A doctor would drug college students I think and try to get their head to control the dismembered arms on the wall and the Doctor is killed by the arms in the end.

HELP!!!!
