Chicken tikkas.
Small pieces of boneless mutton (fried to a crisp) also makes a delectable topping.
There was this seafood place where we lived before moving here, who had these huge lobster-slices which tasted really good with pizza. I think they fried them, then garnished them with some spices before cutting them into neat slices and spread them over the pizza. It was slightly costly but was good (read big) enough for a family of 5. A yummy treat.
