It wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen... It was actually fairly entertaining.
The atmosphere is great, but I loved
Event Horizon, so I guess I have a mild bias toward the "creepy ship" setting. The action sequences were a bit distracting and could have done with less wire-fighting/acrobatic BS, but the acting made up for it a bit. The plot is pretty predictable, but sometimes it's nice to take a break from the "M.Night Shyamalan" plot twist heavy films and just enjoy a simple story with monsters and spaceships...
