Yeah, now that's classes we actually have around here. I do have some yoga videos lying around too...hmm
@Darkness-I used to do planks during commercials, made me feel less the veggie and I just bought a cheap elliptical at Walmart last month (just have to put it together:o )
@Ferox-that's weird, they just opened a mixed martial art place down the street...they have a bad rep already though.
@Cheeba- I don't look at other women for "oh god I need to have a body like that", I look to them for inspiration, for an extra push when I'm tired and working out and want to quit, they get me amped. If I have a lull where I don't feel like doing anything or not passing by a MickyD's-I think about someone that looks really good, you know? I wanted to leave Blade3 to go work out after seeing Jessica's arms -no lie.
