Totally into this stuff!
I use Elektra/ Jessica Biel in Blade3 and Lara Croft as visuals. JeeJa Yanin is like my ideal, skillwise.
I have just recently switched to a macrobiotic diet and have been getting just about every fucking cold/flu(cept swine thank god) virus that passes within a 100 yards of me.
Not sure what to add to make my resistance a little stronger since my choices are limited. I know it's just the drastic change-up that is making me sick and eventually my system will get much stronger with this diet...but anything to help me till then?
Also, I have lost the 15 pounds I accumulated during my divorce but am not strong like I used to be.
Was thinking about finding some muay thai classes (I used to do Kumdo) but the nearest one is over an hour away...do NOT have the time or gas money to waste on that.
What about the P90X infomercials? Worth it?
Or that other extreme Beach Body workout...Insanity?
What about Ab Circle Pro? Can you really get a six pack with that thing??
I want to do something at home because I have never been inspired with a gym membership to stick with it.
I could possibly join another Martial Art class...but small towns are limited there as well, and starting all over as a white belt...tedious at my age.
