I think a team of West & Loomis may not work very well as their filed of work actually pretty different than each other...West is an awesome scientist and Loomis is a devoted psychiatrist. But on the other hand a team formed by Jigsaw & John Doe will be kick ass killer team. With Jigsaw's trap techniques John Doe can become the God of artistic murders & psychotic mayhem.
So, Jigsaw & John Doe for sure.
