This looks awesome. Hope it ends up being as good as it looks.
Finding more natural ways of controlling games is one of the keys to expanding the gaming market beyond the traditional "gamers". Look at the success of the Wii with casual gamers.
Truly intuitive controls have been elusive for manufacturers, although they have been trying for decades. I remember in the early 80's buying a joystick for the Commodore 64 that worked on mercury activated switches. It didn't have a base, the mercury closed circuits when the stick was tilted. Trouble was, it was so sensitive to tilt that it made controlling a game much harder than a traditional joystick. So it failed dismally.
But the success of the Wii looks like it has inspired other manufacturers to make solid efforts towards more natural controls. Can't wait to see where it all ends up.
