certain brands have hidden system partitions that allow you to factory restore your pc, but dell's not one of them.

The only other alternative I see would be to take everything off manually onto disks, go into "add or delete programs", and delete everything you don't need, download SPYBOT, update it, run it, then run a defragment...might get you up and running faster?

ideally you need to do a system restore, but aside form that then cheebs is the next best thing.
