Some guy once kicked you in the balls really hard - you've now years later suffered testicular pain constantly, and found the cause to be cancer in not one but both balls...potentially due to earlier trauma. You have to get them both removed to live. When they give you the op, they accidentally cut the knob of your penis off. It's fixable, but it'll be disfigured and an inch shorter. You lose your wife/partner due to your sexual inadequecy.
You then see this person in a local establishment, drinking on his own. He sees you and points, making a "friendly" gesture of "I remember you" by performing a soccer kick into the air and miming "GOAL!". He then stumbles out,
