I would gladly save both and have a broken bone and some bruises and by that time, the police would be there. When I get well, I would never go back there again. I would also ask how the people I saved were.

or you could like get stabbed in the stomach and slowly bleed to death or shot in the face which is probably more likely than a broken bone and some bruises.
