Apples and oranges here...tough.
Both Rock Band and Dexter are among my favourite things ever, but I'm more apt to pick up the mic and belt out some tunes than pop in an episode of Dexter.
I'm sure some of us MIGHT be able to say we've always wanted to be a serial killer (no comment), but let's face it: EVERYONE wants to be a rock star. And Rock Band - though it sure can't rival actually getting on stage and fronting a band, or picking up a real guitar - it can still give the less musically inclined that glorious taste of the spotlight.
