Porn is either a picture/painting of people having sex or film of people having sex. This basically means that if any movie, photo, or art depicting sex would be adultery than every movie with a sex scene and not just "porn" would be considered adultery and along with paintings and sculpture in museums. That's just ridiculous. Adultery is between two or more people, not one person and images on a TV (or the TV itself :p ).
