Tell Me....

Is there a program (free) with an easy to use interface, that can monitor all uploads and downloads specifically?

The only reason I need it is because I think my ISP is doing something dodgy.
I have a pretty good package at least that's what she said...
I get 100gb off peak and 100gb ?on? peak with uploads included.

Now I've learned to keep an eye on things in terms of uploads so that I can make sure not to stuff up and exceed it without knowing...I also keep an eye here'n there on my usage through the calculator that the ISP themselves provide, so that if and when I'm nearing any kind of limit (usually gets used more in the "day" period) I'll cut back my usage so that my connection doesn't become speed-fucked.

A few days ago, nearing the end of my billing/usage period I noticed I'd got to 82% on my "day" usage.
So I stopped, well in advance, and didn't download so much as anything as big as a half-hour tv episode throughout the day period - I keep calling it that because I don't know which is on and which is off peak..it's 1am to 1pm I'm referring to here.
I actually think I stopped downloading altogether.

Now, I understand that when you so much as browse websites a certain amount of UL/DL happens. However, when I checked only 1-2 days later, my limit had been exceeded.
That's 18% of 100gb, so 18gb while trying specifically not to download and upload through any p2p programs and visiting only (predominately) known websites.
If browsing always took THAT much usage, then I'd never have any speed whatsoever after about a week into each period.

So that's why I'd like something to allow me to monitor it personally and not through the ISPs own site...because seriously, this just seems impossible and if they're doing something dodgy I'd like to know.

Comments/Suggestions welcome.
