When I was 17 I moved from rural Victoria in Australia to Sydney in N,S,W... I went home once a year, but that was enough, I was living around a 14 hour drive from my family. I ended up moving back to Melbourne in Victoria though and then saw my family more often, but still only 2 or 3 times a year.
I have been living on the other side of the world for the last 2 years in the U.K, I feel like I have served some ties as it is hard to keep up with everyone online...
There has been no final trip anywhere though. I like to move and there is always a good reason to revisit somewhere at some stage.
