Yeah. It's clear that that guy should be at a bare minimum medicated, if not in a psych ward.

There was this schizophrenic kid who lived down the street from where I live now... Used to tear around shrieking - He was a 5' 6" angry teenager - I was worried that he would just snap and hit someone one day. What's tragic is that, given our poor social system, what would a lower income family do with a kid like that? (I live in a fairly poor neighborhood) Can't necessarily afford hospital care OR medication... What do you do with your mentally ill if you can't afford to take care of them? Made me a bit sad.
