As an ardent fan of
Conan Doyale's Sherlock Holmes I hope this will work out. Ritchie dared and gave him a totally different look and needless to say that R. Downey Jr. is a great actor and I'm too now eagerly waiting to see him with Jude Law as Dr. Watson in their new adventure.
So far, Jeremy Brett was the most perfect actors for this legendary role on screen. I always like to visualize him as Mr. Holmes still whenever I read the stories.
