What's the "standards" of drinking in the area/country/state where you live?

Here, buying alcohol is legal from the age of 16. Drinking it isn't illegal no matter the age. During cityfests etc., a big problem for the police is handling the 13-year olds that are wasted out of their minds.

Thought of this topic, as I just looked outta the window. I live on the main street, and I just saw 2 13-yearish girls walk outta 7-11 having bought beer, obviously very drunk.

And now, 2 minutes later - one of them is crying.

Alcohol sure is fun!
