i never have 'scary' nightmare anymore - more anxiety nightmares. my dream last night was that my father called me and said he was planning to commit suicide. my only hope was to catch a flight to see him and talk him out of it but then i was in this massive and confusing airport trying to find my gate (and yes i have been traveling a lot lately).
