Yeah, I think you're wrong there...I mean no offense, but it seems like from what you're saying you might not have truly given it a shot.
It's not about one-on-ones, it's about treating the people you work with (even though they may not be) as remotely equal, with civility...and yeah, it's known to yield better results in any given situation. Mediation over open conflict, it's not just new age bullshit, it's evolution.
We can go in circles about it but it looks like we'd just disagree anyways...bottom line on my end is, even without a full understanding of the situation on both or either side, it was over the top and ended up a rant for rants sake, kind of very "look at me".
