Again, I think most people in here are against the approach...nobody's arguing that what the guy did wouldn't have pissed Bale and probably others off too...the point is, he conducted himself like an obnoxious twat.

Or yknow...learn to properly communicate with your staff, and get better results through morale, rather than disgruntled people wanting to stab you in the face?
Maybe if you worked in a construction site or a factory, and maybe in the 80's that'd fly straight, but I'd say these days most people would just call you an asshole.
