I've only seen the origanal and the remake, are the others worth it?

Psycho (Remake) C (I haven't seen it since it came out, my view may change if I was to have a fresher memory of it.. What I do remember is I lent my flatmate my video card, he hired it on overnight and didn't return it for a week, got me banned from the video store unless I paid a 50 buck fine!)
