Temp files are called temp files for a simple reason- they're TEMPORARY. They're discarded and deleted on a regular basis. With streaming media this happens in a rapid succession- but saying the downloading isn't happening because you can't find the temp files is like saying the garbage you threw out last week never existed because you can't find it any more.
