Brand Upon the Brain! (2006)
Wow. This blew me away. What a wonderful, crazy, hyper-kinetic ode to the confusion and mess of childhood. Guy Maddin pulls a lot of inspiration from horror of the 20s and 30s.
It's quite out there, but I highly, highly recommend it.
