The oh-so-clever gameplay just sucks. You wanna fight the evil you're up against, not run away from it. That was the case with the original Siren.
At least in the new Siren: Blood Curse you get the chance to more or less fight them off. But i still don't appreciate the concept.

I have to agree with Angra on this one. Siren really wasn't that great of a game. It just didn't hold up in comparison to other survival-horror games.
Clive Barker's: Undying, on the other hand, is a sinfully scary experience. Very good game.
