Served roasted yet rare, Stabbed and stuffed with garlic, I usually like to make a dryrub from cumin, salt, dried rosemary and cracked pepper.
Pretty simple but one of my favourite things.

I'd have to say a close second is crocodile. Very nice.
I'll just lightly pan fry mine in a little oil, oregano lemon and pepper.
