My major resolution is the cliched weight loss resolution...
I resolve to lose weight. LOTS of weight. Get back down to where I was a couple of years ago. My tactics:
- Go to the gym at least three times a week
- Eat better. Less carbohydrates. More veggies and protein.
- Speak to my doctor about possibly going off Cymbalta, or cutting down to a lesser dosage. It slows down the metabolism (and weight gain seriously began when I started taking it).
- Supplement diet with vitamins and natural mood stabilizers.
My secondary resolution is more abstract, but just as cliched...
I resolve to get my head straight and figure out what I want from my relationship; do I
actually want him to ask me to marry him? Or do I want to skip this country and pursue the one whom I let go four years ago? Or maybe I don't want
either of them and I just want to be alone? And once I figure out what I want... What next?
