How do you pet that thing though? Does it respond to the human touch?
Cheebs - That little girl is actually really really cool. I'm curious with V's question too - Does it respond to touch?

I don't know really...this one has clearly been handled sufficiently by the breeder, because it's completely human friendly.
I mean, if you go near it I assume it likes body heat or something because it'll crawl on to you...my other older/larger one I had last time did much the same, just sat more still, this things kind've hyper.
I know they can FEEL human touch, as she'll turn around and look if you touch her back, and as I said before they seem to sense body heat and also SEE very well - if I put one hand remotely near the other she will start reaching out with her front hands to try and grab/climb on.
She drinks water off my hand too.
Never really liked standard stick insects that much, but these look cool, and they're very docile...when she walks around on her 6 legs she looks like some kind've battlebug-robot thing.
Here's this cat thing I thought was funny.
