I think The Pyx was a Christopher Plummer movie from the 80's, I'm pretty sure there's a write up on it in Allan Bryce's Video Nasties 2. You can get it from

Combat Shock was directed by Buddy Giovanni and was also seized a few times in the 80's in the UK as being liable (in the eyes of the Plod) to deprave and corrupt.
