I hadn't any plan to watch Danish Horror; I didn't even know that this is a Danish Horror film. I just bought the Ghost House Underground collection few days back and last night I gave it a watch cause there were only 2 films left out of 8. I don't agree.
There's no talented horror directors in denmark and the danish movie industry has far too small a budget to give happy directors a chance who would like to make a horror movie, but doesn't have a clue how it's pulled off. The last 3 decades have proven that horror is something the danish movie industry should stay the hell away from. We have talented directors in other genres, that works much much better, who could use the money.
The only danish "horror" exception may be "Mørke".
