Something with "circus" in the title.
Saw a bit of it a while back, looked really crazy.
Semi-horror themed at least.
Looks maybe late 80's, early 90's but I could be wrong.
Foreign film, not sure from where...wasn't an asian film, euro someplace I'd say.
I think the name was something along the lines of "bizarre circus" but not quite.
One character (main) was a dude with a motorcycle?
Something about wanting to marry a girl? Someone owed someone money for something?
...I know it's not much to go on, but I thought it looked really cool.
Any ideas?
