i didnt think they'd be difficult to find - you cant swing a dead cat in the horror section without hitting almost all vampire books.
other then the previously mentioned Salems Lot - (one of the only SK books i can stand) i cant recommend anything personally ...
but a lot of people like the Necroscope series by Brian Lumley. (i didnt)
