Well, this occured exactly 1 day after India announced the formation of a national terrorism task force. My guess is the timing there is coincidental though as this seems like something that has probably been plotted out for a while.
Who really knows why these fuckers like to attack and kill innocent people seemingly at random. They probably hit India because there are more Hindus than Muslims there or maybe because of their tolerance of the Jewish faith, or their ties to the US. Who knows? There's not always logic behind insanity.
