It's not the pride or the pride parades that I have a problem with, it's the way it seems to increase the feeling that we're not all equals. And as you said, people have no problem with latinos, they wouldn't with black people, asians, gay people etc. But if there was a pride parade exclusively for white english or white american people, it would be seen as a Racist statement of people going for supremacy. I just wish all of the things that keep people seeing differences would go, and we'd all just be people, all of us proud of ourselves
and eavh other. Each one different to the next, but all equal. But I suppose, due to the stubbornness and bigotry of some people, maybe pride parades etc. are the way to go about it. I'm not sure.
