always trying to impress ... and then arguing with 'authority' telling them how things should be ... nothing big yet - but a start.
Festered also fancied himself quite the master of the written word. also - he had a lot of time on his hands.
mostly - he was just incredibly impressed by himself and really expected everyone else to be greatly impressed by him as well.
i'm not sure who this is .. I just havent ruled out the possibility. i think it's entirely possible at this point.
